Hi everyone! I'm looking for companies that sell curtains to help insulate my room from extreme temperatures. I would greatly appreciate your recommendations—thank you in advance!

These are generally available from the main retailers. If you search for 'thermal curtains' online, a bunch of retail options will pop up, including at the likes of Dunelm and John Lewis.
The key thing though will be to make sure they're well installed (i.e. close to the window frame/wall) so that they're effective.
